If you mean the current model, sure. But as for the picture above I can't because I didn't make a separate save file for it, not expecting people like you to rant on thinking it's a port from The Sims. I like to model humans in an objective style. I make the chest, fore arms, thighs etc, then I start the joints, morphing them into shape, and on and on.
Ok then let's see the wireframe, I normally wouldn't go on for so long but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Posting a wireframe proves nothing but the ability to have an F3 key, but the structure of the geometry between those two images he posted are absolutely nothing alike. Given the edge loops of that first head, I don't even know how one could derive a human face from it.

Actually I was getting a wireframe to see if it was made of tris or quads. It's tris, adding more proof to the Sims 2 rip.
