DiG is one of my personal least favorite spoofed playercounts. Theirs just so happens to be right around the number of players I like to have in a game (I don't like full 12v12 games; they make my shitty computer lag and most maps get fairly congested, which makes flanking nearly impossible), so I see them a lot.
I don't mind it as much when they're at 31/32 or whatever because there's no way I'd join a near-full 32-man game.

Or, a more accurate example being that they leave out details, just as what they said, who really reported them, etc.
I'll ignore your analogy and go straight into the meat of it. I have a server where it clearly says "No swearing" I have the RIGHT to ban you for whatever reason I feel. If I don't want people using curse words on the server because my children play there, then I'm going to make it clear by baning anyone who excessively curses, and kick anyone who does it by accident. They will straighten up if they want to play by my rules, and if they don't they can leave.
It doesn't apply to only their servers, if people in their clan go to other servers and curse and then talk about it later and how they went crazy in other servers then the kids are going to pick it up and do the same.
Their kid shouldn't be playing it because ESRB thinks that fantasy violence makes you violent in real life. This isn't true, and if you are their to correct the child in real life it should be a quick and easy lesson. They are creating a server where their kids can play without hearing niggerfaggot thrown around and people yelling fuck over the mic. I don't see the problem. But apparently 99% of facepunch does when go into their servers and begin to grief and get banned for it.

Even looking at your arguments, which do have some degree of validity to them, I still have to say eGO's servers are still terrible, because look at the admins. I stumbled onto one today, and when an admin said for the team to do something ( I forgot the specifics, something along the lines of simply rushing a point,) I countered and said that we should at least send in a spy and maybe a sniper to sap the pervasive sentries first, so our team could then rush in and take the sentries down while capping the point. He immediately blows up in my face, and slays me repeatedly. I was in no violations of the rules, but he still put's his ego (har har) in front of his better judgment and continually does this to me. Eventually, he just goes back to the game. I guess I was lucky I wasn't banned then.
A few moments latter, teams were scrambled, and I was a pyro working for the opposite team he was on. I end up dominating him, because he was a sniper, who camped in the same spot every time, with an easy side-route to take to flame him from behind. I end up dominating him, and guess what? B&nt. All your arguments are invalid when you look at the fact that the majority of the admins running your group's servers are immature kids with serious ego (harr harr) issues.

Also the nNn clan server. It's a fun server, with fun mods, it's just that the admins mistake anything for flaming, and are very ban happy.
I now hate [LUE]. I was playing there for like 30-60 minutes and even if the community seemed kind of stupid I didn't feel like leaving. Then I randomly get kicked for "community space"

I tried to join ego. then, i got banned when someone mentioned that my name means 'fuck' in Portugese.
I got myself globally permabanned on all eGO TF2 servers so I don't accidentally walk into one of their servers.
