I also don't play on random Team fortress servers, I play on a server with people i actually know and are sane for the fact that they aren't power hungry.

We should do this, get around 10 servers like "Doorman is a Flaming Faggot : Arena" and "Doorman is a Flaming Faggot : 24/7 2fort" and get enough Facepunchers to fill up all of the servers--so if a DiG member joins and asks what it's about, we tell him we all support what the server name states.

I play on the {R} Refuge Gamer server, and ive never once seen the admins there flip over anything. Except when about 4 12 year olds joined as heavies, and kept eating sandwiches the whole game, and everyone was pissed.
They occasionally do the scrambling of teams just to try to balance things out (even if they are on the winning team)
I really suggest folks join there. No instant respawns, no furry sprays, good selection of maps, not a pure server, and everyone that plays there regularly is good, and not a bunch of assholes :P

It only seems like Ego and Furry servers are well hated. I am a easy going admin (I run the -FAP- Servers), I only mute for spam and pre-puberty voice's and ban for hacks. Thats it, and I don't see one complaint about our servers :P
