The TF2newbs servers? Or are you talking about totally different servers? Because I have played on the the tf2newb servers (Mainly the 2fort servers, don't sue me :X) And I don't think i have ever seen anyone kicked/banned and people do goof off, hell I ubered one of the head admins a few times and he was a sniper, harhar.

Also eGO is shit, their name is very accurate they have a huge ego.
