So... is that a yes ? :3 Anyway if someone can craft a good layout of it I would be glad to make it happen.
This is my first standable map. I've made about one or two other maps, but they were pretty much just box rooms with a few things and no lighting. So just taking that into consideration, I think it's amazing for one of my maps.

It's still pretty much box rooms though.
Before you even consider releasing maps to the public, do yourself a favour and learn to map to a good level. Learn the more advanced aspects of Source mapping, and use them. Learn that displacements are your friend for terrain detail, and are very powerful. Pay attention to optimisation. Think about the architectural aspects of a building, visualise something incredible and aspire to map it, this last part is what drove me to learn how to map to the level I do today (good, but not great for anything other than eyecandy).
Following this advice, you can actually contribute to the Source mapping community in a good way. Rather than releasing ugly boxes of maps with bad texturing and awful lighting like so many new mappers do. The mapping section here is more than willing to help you learn, so long as you are willing to accept harsh critique, and accept their help. Show them pictures of your work once you start something you are proud of, ask for help on improving it.
Now that you're talking about maps I've been thinking. Would it be interesting if I recycle an old map I started to make like 6 month ago ? I could simplify some of the materials to make it fit TF2.
Either a trade_ or another kind of gameplay but at least something which is played. (Because if it stay in the oblivion forever that would have been a waste of time :3)
(Don't mind the difference of color, it's usually a color correction comparison or different state of development).

Your map reminds me of Bioshock somehow. I hope I could play it.
Before you call somebody map "GAY" you should try to create better map.
**Suggestions to map**
- You should add more props
- More Lights
- Some music
- Creepers
- Some secret place
Doesn't take a chef to know good food, doesn't take a mapper to know good maps.
It is Bioshock.
Well I'm not really sure if you're serious or not but I assure you it's not.

See, the crappy cubemaps which doesn't fit how it should :v: Typicaly Source Engine.
All this map needs is some orange dev textures and it'll look alot better. :downs:
