Fire kills pyros still pretty fast.
They're only immune to afterburn, no damage reduction.
afterburn is still a bitch to deal with though.

It should be trowable and when it hits a building it takes 50% hp

Other way around, spy unlock that, on hitting a scout, makes him ragequit.
Edit: what about a pack of sexy poker cards with all of them featuring nudes of Scout's mum, and the spy used them as throwing stars?
Actually, I could get behind that. Would definitely be a reason for spies to pick the fireproof suit if they release it...
