As other classes, maybe, but I managed to escape demomen by running backwards as a scout.
try to beat a sniper using the heavy...FROM THE SPAWN POINT
trying to outrun a demoknight who just started charging
Try to melee a Heavy from Full overheal to death with the equalizer.
Funny thing is, I actually pulled it off two days ago. From 450 to 0, non stop circle strafing. Then I died one second later.
So satisfying.
try to kill a pocket-medic heavy

Always run backwards when fighting a Pyro
Using my caber at low health
Trying to charge while sticky jumping
Thinking my whole team was behind me and giving support so i throw my jarate at 3 soldiers and 2 demos charging at me 2 meters away and i then i realize i was alone and i got the machina so i cannot no scope and i end up getting mowed down by a bunch of piss coated angry soldiers and demos
Aiming reflected rockets/grenades at someone other than the shooter. Hard stuff for me
Backstabbing razorback snipers, then cloaking while on fire.
- Forgetting my priorities when getting ubered suddenly.
This one time, a Medic ÜberCharged me when I was playing as the Demoman. We were in Dustbowl Stage 3, exiting the tunnel and going behind BLU.
I spent the whole thing trying to kill this one Sniper with the Grenade Launcher who tucked himself into one of the doorways, and I couldn't hit him for some reason. He didn't even die, if I recall correctly. The ÜberCharge expired, and we both got killed by a Sentry Gun. It would've been a great opportunity to kill off the majority of them, but no.
Since then, I've felt that I can't be trusted with the responsibility of an ÜberCharge.

Pull out needlegun and s+m1.
Everyday.
kill a spy that you know used a dead ringer but pretend you didnt
Try to airshot another soldier as he flies through the air. I swear to god, I forget I have a shotgun half the time.
Hitting a friendly Engie's buildings while they're setting up with my melee weapon, thinking I'm being useful. Really, I should probably be pushing the cart or stopping it.
Using anything other than the Huntsman as the Sniper.
Playing Spy seriously.
Expecting a thanks when healing people as a Medic.
Healing people as Medic and expecting them to give two fucks about protecting me.
For most of them it's "you should be perfectly fine and be able to protect yourself even though you can't shoot and heal at the same time, if you stop healing or I die when you're healing me it's all your fault even though my job is to protect you, not the other way around."
I always apologize to medics if I drop the ball while they're healing me. Plus I openly thank medics which leads to me actually getting healed before I sticky/rocket jump, ubered when rushing, etc.
I love medics, man.

There should be a sorry voice command

i usually use "thanks" to inform a medic to go heal someone else.
when im about to rocket jump, charge, do a suicide attack etc.
just so he doesnt follow me to imminent obliteration.
Rushing a heavy as an engie. I always get them so close to dead I keep thinking "Maybe this time!"
[sp]Thinking I'll do as well as last round.
Being disappointed when I don't.[/sp]
place too much trust in my team mates doing their job.

holy fuck why cant I give you all my agrees
Use the Buff Banner/Battalion's Backup/Concheror + Disciplinary Action when the rest of your team is spy or sniper.
Actually let me rephrase that.
Continue playing on a team that consists of mostly spies and snipers after you realize it.
I have this little problem with Axtinguisher. When I use it, I often get overconfident and rush at enemies I should probably stay away from, getting painfully killed in the process.
oh where to begin...
-Equiping the equalizer when at low health to flee, wonder why I'm not running any faster than I was before & I finally realize I actually have the pain train equipped as I get gunned down by my persuers
-Expecting friendly pyros to extinguish me when I'm on fire
-Rocket jumping into pits, off cliffs & many other enviromental hazards
-Being a Sniper with the default sniper rifle but still playing as though I'm a scout, rushing in & completely relying on my nonexisting quickscope-headshotting abilities
-Trying to take on the entire enemy team by myself instead of taking cover for a few seconds & letting my team mates kill some major threats
-Sneak up on an enemy & shoot him in the back a few times, only for him to turn around & mow down the friendly spy who was just a split second away from backstabbing him
-Pick up a medkit when I'm at around 75% health & then notice a team mate who is almost dead (usually on fire) right next to me, affectively screwing him over
-Using the Pain train when on defence or CTF maps
As a Scout, jumping against Demos who have their GL out.
Seriously, it does ALL the difference.
- Forgetting what team I'm on due to the HUD "Wait why are my friends shooting me why"
- I dominate a enemy spy to the point I stop focusing on him, suddenly stabs everywhere
- I get carried away when I do really well and better I do more tunnel vision I seem to develop
- Trying to pipe bomb scouts instead of sticky bombing the ground to seal them off
- Rare times I play spy if I'm put on fire I sometimes cloak out of reaction instead of the normal turn and shoot them in the face
my hud was once like this:
im on red.
it shows my current class as blu.
my cloak meter is red.
my ammo and health are blu.
"am i on team purple or something?"
MAKE US WHOLE AGAIN

In related news, aiming pipes to the right or left when the scout is just running straight at me
