Looks cool man, a few criticisms/suggestions though:
- The arm clips with it, and shouldn't the fingers be on the other side of the "trigger"? Not sure if you can change this, but it'd be cool and you should if you can :)
- The ubercharge jelly needs to be a bit more cyan I think, right now it's a bit "bluer" than the rest of the medic's blue parts. Unless this is the same colour as the ubersaw's fluid?
- If you can make the fluid horizontal, that'd be cool, otherwise a ubersaw-esque "cap" would work.
- I still think the blood and rust need a bit of finetuning, imagine how it got on there; right now it looks like someone has been stabbed by the blade part while leaving no blood on the syringe part, that looks a bit odd imho. Also I think it'd look better with some unrusted metal for the blade part.
Otherwise very goodlooking indeed, looks like an item made by valve, so good job.

1) Not my model so I can't fix that. :v:
2) It's the same colour as the Ubersaw's fluid. The glass probably makes it look lighter.
3) It's horizontal in other pics.
4) Royzo said that too actually. I wanted to add blood to the syringe but the uv-map sucks for the syringe part, so I'll have to work around that. I was thinking of unrusted metal, but then I realized the Ubersaw has none either. But I'll try that and see what it looks like.

True, the syringe has been modified quite a bit from the original unlike the brain slug.

Thanks for the crits.
1) I know the model has those flaws :( . The thing is, there isn't room at all to move the trigger back behind the medic's fingers, so I left it like that. Let's pretend he pulls it when you attack, shall we? I know the arm clips, too, but is something you can't really see in the view model and at normal distances it's not noticeable at all in the world model.
3) Not really easy to give it proper liquid physics when it's something the medic is going to hold in weird upward and downward angles when looking up/down. You also have to take into account clipping and deformation issues if the liquid would mantain parallelism at all times, so I settled for it to jiggle somewhat realistically and looking overall nice most of the time (and it seems I couldn't even manage the later)

okay i got side tracked today after getting pissed off trying to figure out this weapon decomilining junk. I know its probably the most simple thing in the world once you know but taking random shots in the dark it just seems impossible. But i digress i got distracted and made my self a new hat idea i am wondering the whole "animated hat" stuff (and this is more to populus), are there any good tutorials out there for it?
