Ok, so I'm making a gibus replacement mod, how do I replace the backpack icons? I have all the necessary files (the domination_all vtf and vmt) with the icon I want to use, but I don't know what directory to put it in, and when I release it can somebody make a banner for me? I'm wank at Potatoeshop.

materials/backpack/player/items/all_class. I'm trying my hand at icons, but I haven't gotten it down yet.

All I did was extract the Suitcase icon from TF2, resize it and rename it all_domination.vtf. It luckily kept the transparency.

Ah I see. Well, congratulations with your icon's successful transplanting. Mine still need the background to be transparent which for the life of me I can't figure out.

I know it was released. That's why I said "around his hip". Also, there's a little bug with Daimao's hat. When taunting with the Rocketlauncher, the Soldier hits his helmet, the helmest moves but the bandoiler doesn't.

Save as TGA & import in VTFEdit always works for me.
