Those are the colours of the original aviator sunglasses, but I could probably make alternative textures.

UV Map is just kind of a wrap of the weapons faces. You paint on/photoshop on the corresponding spots in the UV "net" to put the image on the weapon.
I'll PM you the UV Map in a bit.

I'm working on getting the icon in-game, to see how it looks. It'll just be an axe icon replacement, I just want to test it out. I had to verify TF2's cache, so now it's re-updating (?), hence the wait. I'll post back when I get in.

The bottom part of the nail looks too large, I think it should be the same width as the top part and shorter, right now it looks longer than the handle grip, but it is maybe just shorter in-game.

If anything I'll make the top part a bit thicker. I actually took a screenshot of the Pain Train in HLMV and used that to trace over, mess around with, etc., so my proportions should be correct.

Press M, hit diffuse>bitmap and open the texture. Then press "Assign Material to Selection" and "Show Standard Map in Viewport".
Besides the top part of the nail looking a lot smaller than the bottom, it's looking ready to submit to Valve. Maybe you could email it to them or something.
The bottom part of the nail is correct proportions, so I recommend you make the top part bigger and straighten it out (it's at a different angle than the rest of the nail.)
