medieval knight armor would be kind of a big project, much like populus's armor sets for the soldier, which seem hard enough as they are. (besides, populus is out of the question since he said earlier he was done with suits for a while) someone else can take a crack at it i suppose, if anyone is willing

the kilt HAS been suggested for quite some time, as i recall. but i guess people have been doing other personal projects and never really thought of the kilt. perhaps it's even pushing the envelope of being [i]too[/i] cliche so no one would touch it. who knows?

that's my two cents on the matter anyways

This compact bow is a huntsman-like weapon, with one key difference: rather than headshots, extra damage is dealt for consecutive hits-- that is, each time you hit someone, the next shot is guaranteed to do more damage. Likewise, missing lowers your next shot's damage.

Since it is a compact bow, there is no charging- the arrows fly at maximum speed regardless of how long you pull the arrow back. When you hit someone, the bar on the little screen of the "Targeting Computer" (lulz) is filled a little. When you miss, it drains a little. How filled it is determines how much damage your shots do.

The little bar on the arrows has a blinking texture like the demo's pipe bombs. To let the other team know how dangerous it is, the Demoman's Eyelander eye particle effect appears over this light-up bar when it's being pulled back. If that arrow's really shiny, [I]run![/I]
