For some reason when I saw the Heavy Jarate screenshot I imagined it to just be a model replacement for the Sandvich, which made me think of Heavy eating the Jarate jar.

Usually on randomizer servers, any none-default (Boxing gloves, ambassador, etc.) weapons could not be received.
