I don't quite agree with you, Uber. I use the idling program whenever I'm on FP or playing other games. I still consider it leisure time, and it keeps me from grinding my life on TF2.

You are supposed to idle when you are oing other things than playing tf2.
You are not supposed to idle instead of playing.
