Alright even using the current game models I have an issue with something: Is there a model for the Sniper and Medic that has their glasses set as a different "prop". The Sniper's hat, pocket bullets, gun sling, pouches, etc can all be adjusted/animated as can most of the Medic's accessories, but both of their glasses are immovable. Looking at things like Meet the Sniper/Spy and [url=http://dl.dropbox.com/u/19352201/glassestest1.gif]THIS[/url] I can only assume it's from exported/imported versions of the models from Motion Builder, Maya, 3DS, or whatever into the game.
Anything missing that I should add to the OP?

How do i render the video cause when i render it and upload it to virtualdub i can play the video but i get no sound. Did i do something wrong?

I have a problem. I made some animation and camera set. Now, i want to export movie, there is a problem, it request me for codecs, i must choose there, i took Not compressed frames, ok, but it render too fast, when it's 100 %, it renred about 5 seconds of 16 and the screen in movie constain only blue, yellow and black colours and it's very laggy, what's wrong?

EDIT: On another note: I'm looking for some re-skins and such for all the classes in more casual attire (like the Medic's casuals in Meet the Medic) for a large SFM project I'm working on. But after a sweep of many sites I've found that not many exist and I've always kind of just lurked on Facepunch, where would I request such skins?

Outta curiosity, what'd you folks export your films as? I tend to use Uncompressed then re-export it from another editing program, but are any of the other choices better in quality?
Spies can spin miniguns now. You also dwindled on the scout for too long, but otherwise you're getting better fast.

Is SFM worth getting if I'm learning 3DS Max? Is it good for little ideas, whereas 3DS is geared more towards longer projects?
It's hit or miss. I'd use SFM a lot more if it didn't crash every 15 minutes and cause me to lose all of my work :(

I started learning SFM today (as well as getting Maya animations into SFM and Source (eventually)) After watching 3 or 4 tutorials I spit this thing out after about 2 hours of painful lip-syncing [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyttCNWxSoQ[/media]
I've got a problem with SFM. Whenever I type kill or explode into the console while recording, it crashes. Any idea why this is? V:v:V
