the positive thing was never even neccesary as it only stirred hate between the crazy people of this game. If valve just went to drunkenf00l, told him to get the program down and delete most, if not all of the idlers items this would've all gone by peacefully and there would've been no hate between 2 groups who are shouting against eachothers about a hat.

nah, I used it once and I thought "suck it why would I need a hat. It's just a funny thing"

Warning 1: achivement_unlock
Old patched ingame CVAR. All achivements removed, meaning removal of all items as well.
Warning 2: Achivement unlocker
Everyone who used it gets their achievements reset, and thus their items removed.
Warning 3: Idler
All items gained by idling removed (Previous punishments removed ALL items!), all non-idlers get a cool new hat (Because most idlers were in it for the hats in the first place)
If you haven't learned your lesson yet, you're hopeless.
Stop using backwards and third party method of gaining useless bullshit, and actually play the game.
Keep in mind, the idler goes against the Steam EULA. Technically, Valve could have disabled all of your accounts (which is worse than a VAC ban.)
Instead, they were INCREDIBLY nice, gave a THIRD warning to the community, and only took away the stuff people idled for, as if the idler never existed.
If the idler never existed:
1: You'd have the same items you have now.
2: You still wouldn't have a halo.

I don't really care about this whole thing. Idlers lost items they got while they weren't even playing the game. Ever heard the phrase "Easy come, easy go"? If valve got rid of the halos, I think things would calm right down. But until then, I will wear my halo, because its the only hat I have.
