Why do some people think they know everything about a person depending on the class he/she plays? I joined a random server and I noticed that my entire team treated me differently when I changed classes. Pyro? Skill-less. Sniper? Call of Duty idiot. Soldier? Douchebag elitist. Scout? Free to play noob. These generalizations happen a lot to me, and I wonder why? I understand that certain classes appeal to certain people (such as Sniper looking like a good class to CoD fans, and I'm not sure why free to play kids like Scout so much,) but I was surprised to see so many people think this way. I swear, the next time I go Medic, I'm going to be called a gay butt-buddy. [editline]edit[/editline] Admittedly, I am guilty of the stereotyping as well, but I'm curious as to why this happens?

The only class I truly dislike is a good Demoman, it's just comical the amount of damage one can put out if they put the slightest amount of effort/thought into it and aren't targing about. This "only class…" caveat does not apply to the third (anything, but mainly sniper/spy/heavy, the first two being useless, the third annoying) or engies building within range of eachother, those are all pricks (engies slightly less so).

Such as Dragonborn helm+Deus Specs.

What pisses me off is when your the only Engineer and NOBODY FREAKING HELPS YOU OUT AT ALL. They think my Sentry will magically take care of stickies and disguised Spies.

About unusuals: They're there to avoid everyone wearing max's head and earbuds. It doesn't help much, but still better than nothing.

If it's so annoying I suggest going to Valve and bring it up there. Personally I think TF2 would look awfully dull without custom sprays, avatars and the newest kids on the customization block; decals. And yes, I know you didn't mention anything about sprays and avatars, but it's basically the same thing and you can't deny that fact. Players like to customize their games, you know, and decals are just another addition. Someday Valve will probably add an option to turn decals off like the ability to turn off sprays, I'm sure of it. Right now... well, you're just gonna have to live with it, because I don't think he's going to get rid of that decal for your or anyone else's pleasure.
