I actually avoided using my mic early on for fear of being a dumb-sounding kid.
Months later, when I got one, I recorded a reading of a terrible fan fic. I rerecorded it like 2 weeks ago and compared. The difference was staggering.
Also, I've never really encountered an annoying kid in TF2. Probably mostly because I don't stray from my favorite server much. So that's good, I guess.
What annoys me in TF2?
Well, how about the Emporium? I swear I see some amazing mods there now.
But half the time they all end up going on the Workshop, and not actually released.
Just makes me a bit sad is all.

Learn 3D modeling, then you can make your own awesome stuff and never share it with people!

Plenty of tutorials out there to teach you, and free options for both modeling and image editing. The whole process is relatively easy to learn, it's the [B][I][U]commitment[/U][/I][/B] that gets most people.
You don't have to be an amazing modeler to simply make things, as long as you have the perseverance and creativity then you'll be fine.

I wish I could release that medic mask I made. But for me the texture is severly fucked up and I don't know if that's a personal problem so I haven't released it. The sniper rifle I made will be released with all of that retro futre goodness. And the Bane Inspired heavy misc I'm working on will be released cause I'm finally getting the hang of unwrapping. By the way that thing still needs a name. So far I like S.T.D (Sandvich Transferal Device)

Actually learning it is pretty easy. Getting good is what takes practice and time.

My only problem with Funtsman (I like playing with it, it's fun c'mon) is they buffed it's damage up to 125 (someone told me it was damage spread added to it or something) so spam can oneshot my invis ass from halfway to Timbuktu :(

Had a player that played scout run by me, as a soldier and with a medic following me. He jumped back from a corner after getting tagged by sentry fire, saying "Hang on, let me bonk!" on the mic as he did so - and he ran in and distracted it, while I Direct Hit the nest, the engie and the pybro to little giblets. My medic however, never did follow.
5 seconds later, a message appeared on screen.

Especially considering he was a pretty bro-tier scout all-around, always flanking and doing what scouts should do. But naah, this medic that was a terribad medic to begin with found his ability as a player completely irrelevant because his voice had a higher pitch than his :(
I know that lots of kids are obnoxious, but when the FIRST thing the kid says after joining is something teamwork-oriented (everything he ever said was, he just ignored the medic's rage alltogether) then it's just dumb.
Not to MENTION that he could've just muted the kid if his voice really hurt his ears that much.

Pink + hearts = themed and hearts + medic = themed
it's like grey + stormy = themed and nuts-n-bolts + engineer = themed

People that know the in-game mute function is there but refuse to use it.
Yesterday, some kid was singing over the mic and everyone refused to mute him, so they just complained and keyboard warrior'd and expected him to stop.
He didn't and just kept going. When he got tired, he went to bed and let his younger brother troll the server.

Something that really annoys me is when people say buying keys isn't worth the money. I've had about 7 crates now, and every time i unbox one, it is always a strange weapon, minus 1 crate which was a standard powerjack, which was cool still because i've been wanting a second incase i need to craft pyro shit.
I hate playing on a valve server while all the other players call a vote to kick me, the unanimously vote no, and later they do the same thing and vote-ban me. Unanimously. No reason given.
I wasn't trolling, being terribad or being godlike.
