For a brand new hat, and considering the amount of active players are much less than the amount of total players, yeah it's pretty damn common.
Hey guyz I'm scared...Few days after buying tf2 my friends went to an achievement when I wasnt there and he unlocked all my achievements....Then I used SAM to lock then again. I wasnt able to drops milestones weapons. And now I'M scared to not have Halloween hat because its from an achievement DDDDD:! will I received it?
