All stranges to be craftable. Say, you can drop occasionally a strange scrap or something which you craft with any gun you want to make it strange. Then you can make any weapon or item strange!
Sandviches get levels from health restored, Bonk from damage dodged, DR from feigns, watches from time spent cloaked (C&D will level up quickly) and uh...Darwin can't really be strange though. Maybe times survived with 25 health, as in it saved your life? :V
In TF2 I want a system where items (hats, misc items) could be changed automatically every amount of hours, days, play time, etc based upon the players choosing
I think tf2 needs a new taunt for items such as the made man. The description says "A gentleman always a flower handy to drop on an enemy's grave" well what if valve released a made man taunt that went in to the action slot? You press H after killing an enemy and the spy takes out his made man and drops it on his enemy's corpse. I think that'd be pretty cool, obviously not for every little kill out on the battle front but maybe in a secluded battle. After a long knife/kukri fight you end up facestabbing the sniper, then you press H to drop the rose on his grave while ominous music plays.
Medic should have a new weapon replacing the medi gun, I'd call it "The Second Chance"
When you heal someone, it does very, very, VERY reduced healing and doesn't uber / krit But when they die, they have an option to come back to life with no ammo on their primary weapon and a third of their life and have a very fast thrust of speed for a few seconds to get da hell outa der. I think it should also take about the time to place down a sentry (after picking it up, as in not rebuilding but re-placing it back down) for them to emerge from the grave. And the weapon only works on one person at a time, and they have some sort of symbol over their head only visable to medic when you gave them the second chance.
A way to craft crates into metal.
I don't care if it's 5 or 10 crates for one scrap, just SOME way to get rid of them when in a state of lack of keys.
Just one new unusual effect for Christmas: Orbiting Snowflake

Parkour Fortress skills for spy when using the sharp dresser.

A lasso unlock for the Engy. Distance and speed are charged a la Huntsman, projectile is somewhat big so it's not necessary to aim very well, "hitting" someone with it slows them down and then pressing m1 again flings them in your direction and stuns them shortly (based on charge too)
Fling those strafers right into your comfy corner, force people into your minisentry's range, instantly take care of those spies who only want to stand next to your sentry and hold M1 with their sapper out. Maybe even force a stickytrapping Demo out of his favorite tunnel and have his ass kicked by the rest of your team.
Would have to be used strategically though, otherwise you have a pissed Soldier who is too close for comfort.
And also I'd like to see a Scout pistol that minicrits on people who you have hit with your scattergun in the last 6 seconds (for at least 30 damage), but has only 6 bullets and reloads a tad slower. The Winger Done Right.

The winger done right: Very accurate, 8 bullets, slower reloading. The stock pistol and the winger both only reward good tracking if you're up close, where you'd be better off reloading your pimary weapon and going in for a 100 damage meatshot.
Arena maps can be now KOTH maps too.

Bringing access to items_game.txt

All of my agreement.
Make the Chains of Command official.
More primary weps for the Demo.
Create vanilla set bonus, even is it's just something like +2% chance of crit or something
Wrangled sentries have random crits.
Wrangled sentries have random crits.
They already have increased health and extended range, why would you give them random crits too, that's just insane.

More explosives for Demo. Sure a proximity landmine wouldn't require as much skill as the remote stickies, but an explosive R/C car would be awesome. Or what about a grenade that explodes multiple times instead of just the one time?

I don't think they had RC cars in 1964.

I don't think they had space cannons in 1964.

This isn't CoD, besides, it doesn't even fit in the TF2 style.
I would like to see that grenade though:
-20% damage on direct impact
-10% firing speed
When your grenade explodes on the ground, mid-air or against a wall, it will explode into smaller grenades dealing damage when exploded
I hope you know what I mean :v:

Dynamite sticks or TFC MIRV?
I agree, I want more explosives as well. I want a new grenade launcher or explosive bottles to throw at people. Bottles would have a total of 12 to throw and would have a shock wave - like damage over an area instead of an immediate splash. The grenade launcher:
+ Grenades bounce off walls more easily
+ Cannot be repelled (airblast etc)
+max. 3 bounces from surfaces before it stops
+20% larger hitbox
+straighter arc, grenades do not flop in flight
+50% self damage (you really need to use this in indirect combat)

But that's retro-futuristic

Yes. MIRV! I forgot what it was called :v:
I would love a sticky launcher like this:
-50% blast radius
-10% damages
Regular fire works like always.
Alt fire shoots up to 3 stickies that instantly detonates upon contact.
If you detonate regular stickies, it detonates the alt fire stickies as well.

Which button will be used for the alt fire, since the alt fire on the sticky launcher is actually used to detonate your sticky bombs.

I understand you think I was talking about the old MIRV grenade, but actually I was thinking of a grenade that exploded continuously for a few seconds, as opposed to exploding into multiple smaller grenades.
Also about the R/C car debacle, early prototypes were made in the 60's, and apparently R/C car kits were being produced around '67. Being that TF2 is set around '68, there's nothing to say that Mann Co couldn't have gotten a hand on some prototypes and designed an explosive version for Demomen.
http://radio-controlled-toys.toptenreviews.com/remote-control-car-stores/rc-car-history.html
The possibilities are there, and thus it is viable. The sheer insignificant fact that Black Ops made an explosive R/C car is irrelevant.
Class: Sniper
Weapon: Primary
+200% Clip Size
-15% Reloading Speed
Cooldown between shots
So basically, your Sniper Rifle has 3 bullets loaded in the rifle so you don't have to reload after every shot, there is obviously a cooldown between shots so you can't spam your bullets, you'll still have to aim carefully.
Jarate grenade launcher for Sniper. Gives increased speed and range.
Cost of 10% extra vournability for fire.
