In lamens terms its too late to apply to be in, the roster has been finalized and some people (like myself) didn't make the cut. So you have to try elsewhere or make a group yourself.

well I'd love to start getting some practicing going I just hope everyone uses their mic this time! >_<
I work on weekdays from 6AM to 3PM PST (8 to 5 in my timezone :P) so practicing during the day may be a bit difficult.

No offense but most of us went for the first two tryouts because thats the only one you really scheduled properly, the rest of the practices were really unorganized to the point where many of us had no idea there were practices.
