Uh, I'm not on the list but I beat everyone at my tryouts and got accepted by Ian and practiced with Sirdang.
Also, your generalizations are really bad.

When I was at a tryout, they said they still needed a demoman.
EDIT: And a lot of other people didn't/won't get in because of a lack of organization (no offense to anyone), most of the tryouts didn't have anyone there to judge, making them moot.

I think it's important that we have daily practices at a set time when everyone can show up, there's only a couple of weeks before the thing starts and we haven't even played once as a team.
