The rare off chance that you have partial sv_pure on.
Allowing custom models, but not custom textures.
... although, I haven't tested the downloadable yet, so it might be my fault.
But since I copied them straight from my own folders, it should be okay.
..Damn, 3 servers I went to had that.
Can someone post a few servers that allow custom content, that are in the U.S?

Version I downloaded worked fine - took a 30sec HD video and uploaded it too, but Youtube's maintenance is preventing getting the link.

They do a lot of payload and CP maps, very few koth, and rarely ctf.
4 simple rules.
Don't cheat, don't be an asshat, listen to the admins, and no racism.
Some mic spamming is allowed, mostly during set-up times.
Admins are pretty cool, and 1 or 2 actually mic spam themselves.
If you see a jerk with the alias of Prinny and a spray of a Prinny with a soldier helmet... that jerk is me.

I would download the Stylish spy, but I like my HWM players.
So I sent the stylish spy page to Robin. Suggested that they use it ingame as a sort of special hat.
I really hope you submit it, Ayes. I can't wait for you to find a "Self-Made Spy Vest".
