Ones that are possible without breaking jigglebones: Troublemaker's Tossle Cap Glengarry Bonnet Scotman's Stovepipe The Hotrod There are some that there are no point in doing for TF2, such as: Triboniophorus Tyrannus (sticks to his head) Demoman's Fro (It's his hair (No arguments)) The Hounddog (It's hair. Same as the Fro) I don't know whether or not to do the Physician's Procedure Mask, and the Magistrate's Mullet, because one is a misc like the camera beard, and the other is similar to the demo's Fro, but it over his mask, so surely that makes it a wig. And the 3 Piles of hats have a different model for each class. May as well get IdleTard's class versions for them. Includes the ability to put on ragdolls.
