Well see, the problem with doing that compared to the icon pack is that I can't just include small little separate files that plug in alongside the base files; this is editing both the item CTX and the tf_english file.

Yeah a dev said they wanted to use Max's hat but found it just didn't look right on all the different characters heads, and they went with Sam's hat after seeing as there was already a pretty popular hat mod for bunnyears.
You said it backwards, but yeah. I can imagine it would look weird on some classes, but that would surely be countered by how amazing it looks on the spy...?
