pure fucking gold
I am renaming my sniper rifle to "the matchmaker" once this is released

In retrospect, a scrap would have sufficed. Should I continue?
Wait, what are you doing?
I am putting Shugo's descriptions on the default weapons. It is a time-consuming task, and I am bored. I reiterate, should I continue?
I'm fairly sure that's Shugo's job.
But... I wanted to do that :( Ah well. If he wants me to, I will.

He clearly wrote descriptions for them, and has planned to do them in the near future.
Someone with more talent than me should make a HUD icon for Stylish Spy. It makes me sad to look down and see the..Non-stylish Spy.
Plus the original icon has always bugged me (revolver butt and shoulder symbols make it look like he's standing in front of someone). So, a few minutes of fixing the spy being-on-fire-in-HLMV later and:

Which one's best to resize, convert, & package as a HUD replacement?

You seemed to be using the dark pants version... How about making a version with the light pants? Unless you plan to block them out, then by all means.
Also, what's the difference between the first and last one?

lighting

Just lighting. Left one is shadowed higher and on the left, right is level from the right.
I guess I could change the pants - they'd be partially visible and of course there's the full class picture. Once I have the right pose I'll do the final editing, since it's 8 files per version so I'd like to do only one.

Right, I see it now. Personally, the last one looks better as an actual HUD Icon.

First one looks like he has a boner.
Third one not quite as bad.
How about a Saiga 12 shotgun for the Heavy? It would be nice to see him have an alternative secondary that isn't an edible.

Valve would NEVER accept a realsitic weapon into their game.
when I finish the hat, I'm going to finish his head and turn him into a ragdoll for gmod and source filmmaker

Jesus christ, that looks like an automatic weapon more than a damn shotgun!
Last quick decision, since after this it's just mucking about with formats:

Center is original, Stylish Spy ones are just positioning (no other editing). I'm partial to the left one at this point.

Nice. Looks more comical than Max's head.

Valve doesn't need to - plus, that doesn't stop Sparkwire!

It's an automatic shotgun actually
If I remember correctly.
Auto or semi-auto

Go with the one on the left

left.
and sparkwire is putting these weapons in to learn/practice animating models. i see nothing wrong with that. plus you KNOW there is an army of CS:S fanboys creaming their panties at every one.

I've already got descriptions attached to every item in the game. The only jobs left are to write more and format them to fit (which means lots and lots and lots of testing). If you want to help me, make suggestions for more descriptions.
By the way, guys, I'm thinking about making general improvements to the entire items_game and tf_english alongside the descriptions. Things like grammar correction in various parts of the game, rewording some lines, fixing up some weapons via items_game (like giving the Pain Train proper sounds), and including my tips mod as a tie-in. Basically just changing it into a general improvement mod. Should I?

I like where you're going with it.
Continue.
What the fuck. No matter what I do, the stylish spy will not work! I drag and drop the files from the rar into my tf folder, but only the viewmodels show up. It's a fresh install of Team Fortress 2, so I'm pretty sure nothing is interfering with it. Help?
