Fill me in. How are prices on the Bills compared to earbuds? As in, are 2 bills always earbuds, or does it vary with colors etc. Also, are the prices on things like earbuds and bills both in € and $? Seeing it is, in its own, a currency for steam games and items.

Convert to from dollars to euros and there is your price, though most traders deal in usd. Color effects price on the bills. A black/white one has more value than a lower cost paint.

Vintage Bill's are, however, very rare, and worth quite a deal more than a normal one. They go for about 2 Buds.

Around a Rec for the Flamethrower, maybe 2 for the Backburner, and 1 for the Flare. Backburner might just be one though, not 100 percent sure.
