What will an "interestingly"-leveled hat give me as compared to an average hat? I have level 55, 33, 88, 42, 3, 95, 10, and 90 hats and I'm wondering what they can give me in comparison to, say, a hat that isn't "interestingly"-leveled. Also, what's the price of the earbuds in terms of keys? I'd like to know just how much further I need to save up for a pair.

Earbuds are about 8-10 keys. Though you'll have to offer at least 9 if you want to get one anytime soon.
