A refined would get you maybe a bad craft hat. Beaks are around 2 iirc, Col Roules 2.33 to 2.66 and Deus Specs are around 4 to 6 for Non Genuine and 6 to 8 for Genuine.

Also that price on the Specs is probably a fair bit high.
