Lemme put this up to help those selling their Saints Row 3 promo itmes.

I got a strange fists, eyelander, mad milk, and a vintage Force of Nature from selling my Apoca-Fists

I got Genuine Cube Pin, a non vintage Desert Marauder (Turban Sniper Hat), and a Strange Sydney Sleeper from selling my Mark of the Saint badge

and I got a copy of Mass Effect 2 to gift to anyone at all, from selling my Cold War Luchador Mask (Killbane's Mask from SR3)

Hope it helps you know what to ask for. And because of the Genuine Quality, not being sold in the Mann Co. Store yet, and in little supply (I can't find anyone online at all on SR3) the value of these items should be good.
