What? Last time I checked, vintage unlocks were a scrap each.
Generally, I've seen:
2 Refined -> 1 Key
2 Keys -> 1 Backpack Expander
5 Keys -> Bill's Hat
2 Bill's Hat + Black/White/TS Paint -> Buds
3.5 to 4 buds -> Max's Head
And for hats:
Lower-tier hats -> ~1.33 Refined
Medium-tier hats -> ~1.66 to 2 Refined
High-tier hats -> ~2 to 2.33 refined
(With a few outstanding exceptions that can net you a full 3 refined or more back)
Misc Items:
Camera Beard -> ~2 Refined
Whiskered Gentleman -> ~3 Refined
Blighted Beak, Procedure Mask, Party Phantom -> ~4 to 5 Refined
Googly Gazer, Sight for Sore Eyes -> ~5 to 6 Refined
Teddy Roosebelt -> ~6 to 7 Refined
Villains Veil -> Too much. If you're looking to trade for one, wait until the price goes down, if you're looking to sell, you can find a sucker who will give you a Bill's hat (maybe more) for it.
I'm not familiar with Vintage Hat prices since I don't deal with Vintage hats.
Genuine PvZ and M&B:WF&S hats aren't worth all that much. Treat them as medium-tier hats.

Huh, I thought the Camera Beard would be cheaper, due to having drop rate of a weapon, at one point.
Anyway, are the prices on an Industrial Festivitiser, Exquisite Rack, Dead Cone, and a Defiant Spartan?
Craftable genuines (eg : PVZ hats) are one refined each
NV Camera beard was one reclaimed, V one goes for a Refined.

This thread is for the people who want to know the right prices, basically average prices. For example: 2 Ref = a hat. I gave a shot and failed at it. Quit psychoanalyzing people.
