What should I offer for the strange weapons? Or is it worth it waiting until the value drops?

i think it's pretty safe to say none of the new items have a set price yet, some do but are usually a lot higher than they will be in a few weeks. a day after the update will be hard to give any price on the new items, strange weapons are as common as paints in crates yet currently are a lot higher in price. there's no telling in what the price can be in the first few days, give them a week or so and they'll have an average price.
