Bills hat is going down but still going for more than 4 keys. A painted bills can get you 5 keys for sure but a not painted bills can make your bills go for 4.5 keys. I dont know about USD dollars. Genuine Geisha boy I have seen has gone for 3-4 refined.

A lot. The chef hat is a kind of a new hat and whoopee sucks so its a pretty good deal. I would say around 7+, but not very good on unusual prices. A genuine noh mercy goes for 4-6 refined.
