All class stuff doesn't work there since Manniversary.
Well I'll do some in-game screenshots whenever the Promo items are in my Backpack, I contacted Valve in-case if there is a delay or something, I can't see it taking ages without a good reason.

It's because the Promo isn't active yet. It's like the DOTA items. The items are in, but cannot be obtained yet.
It's just awkward, since some people were able to post Screen shots...

Sega has turned down some community made items proposed as promo items stating that TF2 is too mature for sonic which is ironic seeing how robotnick kidnaps animals and uses them to power robots and also that game that no one will ever speak of (shadow the hedgehog)

Those have been in the game since the Deus Ex update and they still havent given them out to Gamescom Dota 2 players or said anything about them, much like when the pin first came out.
