Are they worth the pricetag though? Genrally they seem popular, and I relly like TF2, so free items for that seem to make it a pretty good deal.

Don't buy the game just for the weapons, they're cosmetic. If you liked the old Sam & Max games, or generally the old point and click adventure genre, buy Sam & Max (and get some cool weapons!). They're good games.
Otherwise don't. Seriously. Don't waste $35 on some cosmetic stuff. If you really like the look so much, I'm sure someone'll release a ported skin on fpsb.
Think about it, you are getting [B]5[/B] games and 3 TF2 items for £25 (or however much it costs where you live).

Trust me, I only see them as bonuses. I just wondered if this was a good place to start playing Sam and Max. At £5 a game, it seems to be good. May get it later.
why are people like "OH NO IM NOT PAYING FOR ITEMS!" your not.... your paying for a game. I personally like the series I've had them all so far so I'm going to get them and with a added extra to me getting 5 games i got some shit hat and 2 gun re-skins and a bunch of rage from people like you. SO in short, they haven't gone fully down hill its not no silliness like EA would do pay £5 just for this crappy gun or for one for a poor map its just advertisement between games, others have done it before, and there gonna do it in the future.

The primary slot for Spy is in fact secondary weapons. That's why when you craft four Ambassadors together you get a secondary token.

Classic point and click games usually with witty humor or a interesting plot.
Sam and Max games by TellTale usually have one giant villain who controls everything, and throughout the season 5 or so episodes are released monthly. Each episode has you deal with henchmen or every day life with sam and max as they gather clues to who this seasons villain is. Then there's usually a hilarious final encounter.
Last season they literally went to hell to actually help satan because the villain was trying to kick him out of his office space.
