Im sure Valve will incorporate this map if they feel it is a good choice. Theres no reason there can't be two snow maps.

I, too, sent an email to Robin about this map and all the work you've put into it. Hope he gets in touch with you, I think you did an amazing job with Glacier.
Your map isn't another snow map. Your maps a fucking arctic map. It probably has more winter content than the new one. They just have snow textures and icicles from what I can see. It's just a small addon to the alpine theme, but yours is a whole new locale.
