You have to kill the first person while undisguised. So, for example, use the camp and dagger, wait for that stupid Sniper to not pay attention, then get him, tadaa, you're disguised.
I'm somehow disappointed by the stats however, they could have added a few more unique mechanics, but I won't talk bad about it until I've played with them myself.
