But why use the idler program at all? To get items? I got everything but all the hats from playing the game. If all my items including cloak and dagger were taken from me. I'd be fine. I'd be upset since I liked them, but I know I can earn them back in no time.

I just used it because I wanted a hat.

I already had every unlock legitimately and I never got a hat so I just wanted one. Granted I was just playing for a hat but now I realize that it's pretty silly and am trying to get back to the main point of TF2: Having fun.

Not everyone wants to play the game all the time just to get new weapons. We have other things to do, mine was mapping and fixing up my PC/ network. The idler allowed me to do this, while still giving me a chance to try new items.

Also, does anyone have Duct tape, it may not do much but we may be able to fix the broken community that broke over a stupid cosmetic item.
