You can get them if you dominate someone with that hat. The ellis cap is common as hell since everyone has one. You won't get even close to a dollar for that. And the v foster set. Again, common. You won't get much for it. Maybe a dollar if you are lucky. As for the rest. It's just weapons that really don't add up to 15 dollars.

It's just weapons that really don't add up to 15 dollars.[/QUOTE] well, you can't really put a monetary value on the hats and items most of the time (max head, bills, and some of the rarer unusuals excluded), usually it's what ever it's worth to the person accepting the deal. hell, I traded for a strange pain train with two scrap and traded it for the HB3, disregarding the fact that HB lets you name prices and going by the current steam prices for the games that strange was worth 65~$ in games.

Yeah I'd say it equals more than $10 the list you gave. A white bills hat is $10 itself; you'd probably have to add a little more like your Anger or Pipboy though to seal people in. But I doubt people would trade Skyrim for Shogun 2 + that stuff though. Skyrim is a thousand times more popular :c
