Prices change everyday. Last week a Bill's was about 10 bucks, now it's 8 bucks, and tomorrow it will be 10 bucks again. This so called economy is funny because you can say a Bill's hat is worth 8, 9, 10, even 11 bucks, and everyone will believe you.

Unfortunately, your right. Steam profile REP means absolutely nothing as it's easy to fake, I never pay any attention to someone trying to use it as REP because of this. Anyone who is even semi serious about their REP should have a dedicated thread either on SourceOP or UHC. It is a lot harder to fake your REP on there as quite often if someone has REP from a few new users only they look into the accounts giving the REP and then users will be banned if they are found to be faking the REP.
