Yeah Steam support got back to me. The account is perm suspended. Meaning it won't re-enable. I lost everything. So now doesn't look like either party is going to be happy. I have to start over. :|

No stuffs not getting back when it is perm. If I could get on the account I would but that is not possible. I lost more than anyone else lost. Account was suspended due to bank issues. Valve holds right to do whatever they please. So anything they say is pretty solid when it comes to a account.
So I have to start over from ground zero. :|

That is not the cause. The bank revoked it due to a money issue and card is canceled. I couldn't even buy anything if I wanted to. :|

So what are you going to do, you just made everyone lose a considerable amount of stuff. Hundreds of dollars worth of stuff gone. You need to do something about it, you need to pay them back
I can't do anything about it, the only thing they can do is contact steam support. I lost stuff as well, more than what they lost. Like I said I hope they get their items back that they gave.
