No no no, this is far from done.
You still have to take into account all the people that bought games from you, and who are now fucked over because you decided to "borrow" your dad's card (and subsequently, money) to buy some games.

Solly, this is the only solution I could find:
Get the money you receive back, put it on another card. New steam account, then buy the games for the people.
As stated earlier, that's all I could think of.

or just get the new card and pay whats owed on the old account, steam would then unlock it.

That would have been a way to solve it. But like I said for the millionth time, that money didn't come back to me it went to the person that owned the card cause I spent over which caused all this to happen.
How do you talk to a stubborn man about this that will not listen about the issue?
I do not have the money to buy all these people games. Not to mention before this I had over 2k in games and lost all that. I know people is mad and I hope steam support helps the people that have sent tickets.

I won't be getting on that account is done with by persons choice. Valve said no. I don't think threats are necessary either.

Plus i'm fairly sure since this happened steam rep will return your items, not the games, what you gave for it. I'm sorry for the mess and I know everyone is angry, hell even I was. That's why you contact steam support for some help. I am not the one that controls that account now it's in valves hands.
I don't have anyone's hats to give out. Valve will have to give you that. Which i'm sure they would if stuff was explained out.
And it's not my card so I just can't do whatever everyone wants. Nor is it my choice to get the account restored. Valve said it would not regardless. The only person allowed is the one that owns the card choice. Plus he canceled it and cut it up.

If the account is suspended, then he doesn't have anyone's hats, because he doesn't have access to the account they're on.

He can have access to the account, Valve doesn't perma-disable for a bank recharge. It happened to my friend, and he just needed to get the bank to pay back. But in this case, he'll need his own card.

This sounds like a different situation to me though.
In your example, it's a charge back from a card the account holder owned. In this one, it's a card that belonged to someone else, so it's possible (and likely) that Valve would just perma it

Like I said before, the account was closed due to the card owners choice and getting refunded. Do what everyone else is doing and explain to support what happened and get your items back.
