Yes, because that's over the price of what it's worth. Unless it is in short supply or is more wanted, then it can be worth more.

Yeah I had to pay a bit more. I did 3 refined for the $2 DLC. It has changed from when I was easily getting $2 for a key like a month or two ago. Could have probably done 2.6 ref though.

Yeah that's what I assumed as well. Keys are worth ~2$ each, and are 2.66 ref(?) So I'd imagine the misc + craft hat would be enough...someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I have to decided to buy RS Gold for TF2 items as i fear i am becoming bored of TF2.
I dont really play RS but i think i could increase my RSgp faster than i could increase my TF2BP Value.
I have looked an decided that $0.4 per RS mill is a good amount. So i have converted that into TF2 items and come up with this:
As of now i am only selling my current bills hats (2) but should get more soon. Maybe my buds if i get a good deal. Soo..
Bills = 5-6 Keys atm?
$2.5 x 5.5 = $13.7
$13.7 / .4
= 34.25 RS Mill.
If u want buds youl prob have to give maybe 70+ because,
i know it'll be harder to get than 2 bills.
I don't really know too much about TF2 Item value so please correct me if i am wrong.
I know there are some players on here who have RS accounts that are just sitting with spare Gold
so Bonus or donations would be :DDD
I am probably younger than you think i am ( under 17 ) so please dont ask for Paypal etc. Also im not going to go first as i have had bad experiences before as a younger player.

Don't go by key price either, people sell them for $2. If you are going to buy RS gold, just buy it 1 ref for 1 mil. 1 ref is about $0.80 and 1 RS mil is about $0.70, but you have to remember that the majority of TF2 traders are jews who are trying to make a profit.

Haha the term "Dirty" has been so bent out of shape i don't even know the meaning of it currently. It used to be a term for gifted unusuals but now i don't know. If they are tradable without the gift text i believe they would be clean, if someone says they are dirty ask them why they would even craft it in the first place
