Have: Left 4 dead pack(contains left 4 dead 1 and 2) - steam trade Want: Bills, keys, refined, etc, or try game offers of stuff I don't have that's not a bad game.(no humble bundles, bastion etc) Left 4 Dead 2 is not a replacement for left 4 dead 1. They both play differently, even on the same maps. L4D1 has some good custom campaigns such as Suicide Blitz and I hate mountains. Here's a good directory of l4d1 maps.
