They can't change owners? That doesn't really make sense, you can change the username and password. That makes it quite changeable to me. Blizzard would find out and believe it how?

I'm not even gonna bother anymore. It's clearly been stated exactly where it's against the legally binding contract you agreed to, and what can happen if you breach that contract (the account being closed).

I could contact them and point them to this thread, for example. They could compare IPs? When Steam finds out Steam accounts are sold or their ownership is changed, they disable the accounts sometimes, I don't see why another service would be any different.
