I bought it from zavvi, for about twenty two eu a few months ago, registered in Steam too.
I bought my Fallout in America in Pier 17's gamestop. It cost me 20 dollars and the box had a carton cover included(pre-order edition) it also included a code for exclusive dlc armor.

You're gonna need to overpay if you want to get anyone's attention. Also, buds are worth about 16-17 dollars now a days.
