Doesn't mean I still can't get my items back, he traded me a crate for my hats, and in my steam support message, I said that he 'scammed' me. So, in theory, this trade could still be counted as a scam and is thus still a valid concern. Hopefully.

Yeah, but if many people report the same user over and over, Steam Support will eventually look into the case and most of the cases, take some action (ban him, for instance). Scammed users won't get any items back, though. Most likely.

It says this guy is clean but I know for a matter of fact he scammed me out of three keys. I know, unrelated.
TyHap can be trusted, traded a hat for HL2 with him, and I see other trades with him have gone through too.
