I might make a scammers db for facepunch and provided that everyone actually lists the scammers properly with proof I should be able to get Diego to add scammers from the DB on here. I don't know the value of a vintage Bill's, but you can get at least two, if not more, copies of Terraria with it.

Also steam doesn't care about people trading items for games but they don't support it because people get scammed and it's easier for them not to claim responsibility. Though with that being said, if someone uses a stolen credit card they will most likely disable yours and the other persons account. I suggest you just sell the v.bills for ~$30 and they should sell pretty quick at that price. If you wanted to sell them fast I'll give you $50 for both or games to that value.
