Other people. Just price-check on sites, unusual hat club, and such, almost any trader can give you the right price. Don't go by one person though. See if others agree.
Still not getting the idea of how charts are wrong but what random people say is correct. Oh well, I'm new to trading. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time. :T
