As for Max, yes. He is, and has, lied. But personally, that's a bit of an overreaction. Though that "bit" isn't supposed to be sarcastic, I'm serious about that. He used your content without your permission after asking him to take it down. You should be mad, I'm tryng to stay neutral, but I'm having a bit of trouble because you raise so many good points.
All in all, I really do believe that Max is in the right, though this whole thing is starting to lean towards no "right" person. (take careful note of starting, it's going to take a while for max to be in the wrong without making seriously bad decisions.

This is just begging for more material to go after Mecha with. There's no reason for me to ask Mecha to take down my skins, why would I?
From the last few days I've been talking with him, Mecha has at least been awful respectful to me. I don't know if that means that he's at least attempting to be better from the situation or if there was just already pre-existing static between the two of them, but either way, I've had no reason to pick a fight against Mecha other than the original problem itself. So I wouldn't start now.
