I’ve gotten my Tumblr and e-mail inbox almost flooded (a bit more than 50 on both services combined) with people going all “don’t do it”, and “if you start contributing to the boy who constantly censored you and tried to steal your rights, I will lose all respect for you” type of messages. These people are right. I’m not one to hold grudges and, quite frankly, a little bird told me that this would be the way of coming out as the bigger man in all of this (while Mecha would still bear the literal shitstain he smeared all over his own name), but now… I’m not sure anymore. I’m gonna guess it’s up to [I]you[/I] to tip the balance.

I don't think it's the best idea on letting the public decide. Either option could be risky, and laying the choice in the hands of us wouldn't be great unless you're 100% certain you can put up with both options.

So its pretty wierd why he is on. its only his own fault to ignore Max and cause more drama, even if he must spend 1-5 minutes to reply to Max and go on with studying.

You don't [I]hate[/I] children, do you? But in all seriousness, it'd make more sense to go with the legal approach. You shouldn't do something you genuinely don't want to do (in this case, work with/for Mecha), and while a lawsuit is lengthy and annoying (I can only imagine the difficulties you'd have being an ocean away), it's most likely the only option. There's going to be people on either side going "DO THIS OR I'LL HATE YOU." You can't please everyone. Do what your gut tells you to do.

Yeah, a lawsuit would definitely cause some issues, seeing as how Mecha's in college, and you are *I believe* just out of high school if my brain hasn't deteriorated from when I listened to Kritzkast. But hey, your choice. Well, at least I recommend you chose.

He also then went on to rant about how he can skin, map, and runs his own servers. On the Scout skin topic. Between his "many talents" and 170 IQ he claims he has, that guy is such a dick.

You could try and build up your own server and making stuff to the players to that server, and lawsuit mecha so everyone is happy i guess.

And PF does seem to have resemblance to EA/DICE's Mirrors Edge... But I doubt EA would get involved.

Although now that i think about it it would be incredibly unbalanced. Scout is allready an annoying class to hit at a distance, I dont think we need them literally "Bouncing off the walls" [editline]25th January 2012[/editline] I also dont think EA owns the rights to free running.
